Job description

Mission: Grow Text Blaze - work across channels to design and implement our growth strategy.

We’re looking for an experienced growth marketer to own Text Blaze’s growth strategy from design to implementation and scaling. A top priority hire that will join the founding team of a fast growing company with significant traction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in growth marketing roles in a product-led company
• Track record of driving significant improvements to core business metrics
• Data and hypothesis driven - you prioritize execution, but lead with an hypothesis and measure the impact.
• Team player - you have high emotional intelligence and know how to mentor others.
