As of Q2 2021, we are over 100 employees strong, and we expect to come close to doubling in size in the next year. That being said, when we think about growth, we’re focused on the work to be done and goals to be met, rather than headcount for the sake of headcount. Most individual teams at Standard are still in the single digits, and as we grow we’re determined to build our culture with intention. This means: updated onboarding processes, people manager training, DEI consultant partnerships and trainings, executive coaches, and new employee resource groups, among other things. All of this contributes to the culture we're building just as much as the new people we add to the team.
