Map legend
- Red = single tax parcel that pays highest 10% of tax in your viewport
- Green = single tax parcel that pays lowest 10% of tax in your viewport
- Black = single tax parcel in the middle 80% of tax payments in your viewport
- Yellow = cluster of multiple properties
