wget vulnerability

Details
USN-3643-1 fixed a vulnerability in Wget. This update provides the corresponding update for Ubuntu 12.04 ESM.

It was discovered that Wget incorrectly handled certain inputs. An attacker could possibly use this to inject arbitrary cookie values.
Update instructions
The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions:
- Ubuntu 12.04 ESM
- wget - 1.13.4-2ubuntu1.6
