ATO integrates voice biometrics into its mobile app

The ATO will now offer voice authentication for its mobile app online services as well as its call centre.

    The idea is good but, is it reliable enough to be implemented in data security sector? I know that best data rooms still use layered security system and the only bio-metric parameter is finger print there.
