Microsoft to Include Itself in Future Transparency Reports

Microsoft has stated that it conducted a search of the emails of one of its own users while looking for the source of stolen Windows IP. It did this on its own cognizance without prior court order. Details became available in a the court filings accusing a previous employee of the 'Theft of Trade Secrets.'
